Alliance for Children is a private, nonprofit adoption agency which has been placing children from the United States and around the world in permanent adoptive homes since 1974. We are licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Florida and Texas. We provide a full range of adoption services to families in our states of licensure and to birth parents nationwide. We also work closely with other international adoption agencies, allowing us to find the right child for you through a cooperative network. It is our goal to serve both adoptive and birth parents with professionalism, care and respect.

Adoption creates change for the better. For the children, for the parents, and for all of us who work with the orphanages and birth parents. It takes a deliberate act of will to say yes to adoption.
