How To Apply: Five
Easy Steps
1. Please read
through the material on the Alliance for Children
web site before applying, including our Adoption
Guide Overview and Adoption
Qualifications.
2. View and print
one of the following two applications, depending
on where you live
(Adobe
Acrobat Reader software is needed to view
and print the PDF files). Please note that the
following applications are for international adoptions
only at this time. New domestic adoption applications
will be coming soon, but in the meantime, contact
the office at (781) 444-7148 if you need a domestic
adoption application.
Residents of Florida, Massachusetts,
Rhode Island, and South Carolina:

3. Complete the
application and enclose with:
- two recent photos of each applicant
- a non-refundable application fee of $250
4. Mail completed
application to:

5. A Social Worker
