How To Apply: Five Easy Steps

1. Please read through the material on the Alliance for Children web site before applying, including our International Adoption Guide Overview and International Adoption Qualifications.

2. View and print the following adoption application. Please note that this application is for international adoptions only. See our domestic adoption section if you wish to fill out an application for domestic adoption.

3. Complete the international adoption application and enclose with:

- two recent photos of each applicant
- a non-refundable application fee of $250

4. Mail completed application to:

Alliance for Children, Inc.

Needham, MA 02494

5. A Social Worker / Program Coordinator will contact you within two weeks.

Viewing and Printing an Adobe PDF File

The Alliance for Children international adoption application is now available as a PDF file for easy printing. To view and print the adoption application, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you don't have this software already, you can download a free copy from Adobe's web site as follows:
